Returns & exchanges

30-day returns

You have 30 days from receiving your order to start a return.

• Clothing must be unworn, unwashed and returned with its original tags and packaging.
• Other items must be unopened, unused and in undamaged packaging.
• Custom-made or personalised products cannot be returned for a wrong size or change of mind.
• Faulty, damaged or incorrect items can always be reviewed by our support team.

Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method after inspection.

Size guide

Measure around the fullest part of your chest and around your natural waist. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for a little more room.

You can also open the size calculator from the size selector on any product page.

Order help

Changes and order issues

• Need to make a change? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to help if the order has not been dispatched.
• Missing or incorrect item? Check the items listed in your dispatch email, then raise a request with your order number.
• Order not delivered? Check your dispatch estimate and allow a couple of extra working days before reporting it as lost.

Product care

Keep your fit looking fresh

• Turn garments inside out before washing.
• Wash on a gentle cycle at 30°C or cold.
• Avoid hot water, bleach and harsh detergents.
• Air-dry flat or on a hanger; do not tumble dry.
• Always follow the care label supplied with your garment.
